Medical and Forensic Pathologist

Dr. Starling-Roney received his MD from the Howard University College of Medicine, Washington, DC. He completed his pathology residency at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa., and his fellowship in forensic pathology at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Baltimore, Md. Before joining Health Network Laboratories, Dr. Starling-Roney was a medical examiner for the state of Kentucky. Dr. Starling-Roney is certified by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic, Clinical and Forensic Pathology, and is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and the National Association of Medical Examiners.
